The rooms were a nice size and recently refurbished. They offered an electric kettle and a fridge. the central location of this miniature venue was a bonus.

Savoury breakfast and excellent staff!!!

The place is lovely, met the criteria. Perfect and comfortable location in Rome not far from Ottoviano metro station and Vatican City, Vatican museum and st Peter and restaurants, the metro station and the Vatican. 10 minutes walk to a large plaza.

The breakfast was savoury, the room was luxury with private bathroom. A shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets were available there. Greatly enjoyed the location near the center.

The room we got was nice and pretty spacious, and it had its own bathroom. 🚿.

The central location was great, and the staff here was really helpful, our room had an air conditioner and a safe, with the airport being just 20 km away.

we had an excellent stay at this mini hotel. everything was excellent, courteous staff, magnificent location very close to vatican and metro station as well as st peter's square. the breakfast was tasty, had a huge variety of options. the service was perfect. got complimentary ironing, that was nice of them.

Location is just perfect. Next to the Vatican, subway and shops. Room is big, clean and new. There is a kettle, refrigerator, safety deposit box, cable TV. Well equipped new bathroom (good water pressure, good hairdryer). Owners extremely friendly and nice person.

I had a great time at this cozy hotel with a newly renovated twin room and a comfortable bed, I would definitely come back again.

The location was fantastic. A few short blocks to the Vatican and St. Peter's. It's also the perfect starting point for a leisurely sight seeing walk: Castel Sant' Angelo, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain.

The double bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. They had a tendency to separate and I had to push them back together a few times a night.

When using water (hot or cold), there is this thumping noise (sounded like water pump), but goes away when not using. Maybe it's like this everywhere? Because of this, when someone uses water in next room, you could hear this thumping noise. So if you are light sleeper, be aware of this. But then again, at the end of the day, you will be dead tired to notice any sound when you sleep.

Our room got a nice makeover recently, and it was super tidy. the private bathroom was a bonus, and having tea/coffee facilities was just perfect for us. ☕️ It had everything we wanted.

the room was spotless, the staff lovely, the location central to shops restaurants taxi's etc

the fridge and toilet, plumbing was a bit noisy.
